Fees & How to Start

Starting is simple, and it begins with a free introductory call, by phone or online. When you get in touch, I will arrange a time for us to speak. I use this call to learn a little about you and what has brought you to counselling or psychotherapy. I find it saves a great deal of time before a first session, and it takes the pressure off, so nerves don't get in the way of what you want to say.

There is no obligation to go any further. If we both feel we would work well together and our diaries match, we can arrange our first session from there.
